Regional Scrum Gathering℠ Tokyo 2022 is an 11th annual Regional Gathering held in Tokyo, organized by a non profit organization "Scrum Tokyo". Our purpose is to provide a "Ba" (place) where practitioners share ideas among Scrum practitioners having a great diversity.

Is this an on-site event? What measures will be taken to prevent infection?

Yes, this is an on-site event but you can participate online as well. Based on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's basic policy on measures against infectious diseases, we plan to implement the following measures in cooperation with the venue. The content of the measures may change depending on the situation, but we will take sufficient measures.
Please see also the infection control measures by the venue.
1. Organizing staff will wear masks, disinfect hands, and take daily temperature.
2. The number of seats will be half of the full capacity and the number of visitors will be limited.
3. We will alert participants to infectious disease countermeasures before and after the event.
4. We encourage visitors to install and setup the COVID-19 Contact App (COCOA) from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on their smartphones or mobile device.
5. We ask visitors to wear masks, disinfect their hands, and engage in social distancing.
6. We will do temperature check at the reception and refuse visitors with fever.
7. We ask participants to try to secure physical distance in case of congestion.
8. At lunchtime, to avoid congestion at nearby restaurants, we will distribute a lunch box. We ask participants not to talk without a mask while eating.
9. For food and drink, we will use a company that has taken measures against infectious diseases approved by the venue.
10. The distance between the stage and the audience is long enough (2 meters or more as recommended by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government).
11. We disinfect microphones every day, while each room has a disinfectant spray for microphones.

Do you provide the translation service?

Yes, partially we will. On Day1 and Day2, keynote sessions will be in English. We will provide professional simultaneous interpretation online for some sessions. Please check which ones are labeled as "online-interpretation" on Confengine. All such labeled sessions on both two days will be translated from English into Japanese, and vise versa. You can choose the preferred language from English and Japanese when joining sessions online.

On Day3, we can’t provide simultaneous interpretation. Keynote will be in Japanese on that day.
Also, Closing Keynote will be translated into English.

Can I get a discount?

Scrum Alliance members can receive a 10% discount. Here are the steps to find and apply the code:
1. Log in to your Scrum Alliance dashboard.
2. Once you are logged in, tap on "Benefits" in the left menu, and then "Discounts for Gatherings & Event Registration".
3. Find the special discount code for Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo 2022.
4. On registering at Eventbrite, click "Enter promo code" and apply the code.
Please note that the discount will not be applied after purchasing the ticket. Please make sure to get the code in advance.

Is this an in-person event or a virtual one? What measures will be taken to prevent infection?

This is a hybrid event so you can participate both in-person and online (up to ticket type). If you are not planning to attend the event in-person, please purchase an Online-Only Ticket. Based on the guidelines of the national government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we will implement measures in cooperation with the venue. We would like to ask for the cooperation of all participants. If you are coming from outside Japan, please follow the quarantine guidance from the government. Please get updates from our Facebook or Twitter.

Is there still a slot available for speaker?

No there isn't anymore. We had been calling for session proposals, and now it's closed. Please consider next time!

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

No you can't. All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case we will always make a full refund. You can transfer your ticket to another person by logging into Eventbrite.

これはオフラインイベントですか？ 感染症対策について教えてください。

オフラインイベントですが、オンライン参加も可能です。東京都の感染症対策への基本方針 を踏まえ、会場と協力の上、現時点で以下の対策を実施することを予定しています。状況により対策の内容は変更される可能性はありますが、十分に対策を取っていきます。
併せて 会場の感染症対策 も参考になさってください。
1. 運営スタッフはマスク着用、手指消毒、毎日の検温を実施します。
2. 座席数は従来のフルキャパシティの半分にした上で、来場者数の上限とします。
3. 来場者にはイベント前後に感染症対策に関する注意喚起を行います。
4. 来場者には厚生労働省の接触確認アプリ（COCOA）をスマートフォン等にインストールしていただくことを奨励します。
5. 来場者にもマスク着用と手指消毒、ソーシャルディスタンシングへの協力をお願いします。
6. 受付時には検温を実施し、発熱のある方の来場をお断りします。
7. 来場者に、会場内の混雑が発生した場合の身体的距離の確保に努めるようお願いします。
8. 昼食時には近隣飲食店混雑の回避のためお弁当を配布しますが、食事中のマスクを外した会話をしないようお願いします。
9. 飲食提供については、会場公認の感染症対策をとった業者を利用します。
10. 演台から客席への距離は十分な距離（東京都の推奨する2m以上）を取ります。
11. マイクは毎日消毒しますが、マイク用除菌スプレーも各部屋に用意がございます。

払い戻し（返金）は可能ですか？

いいえ。ご返金には対応しておりません。参加者の変更は可能です。

請求書払い（銀行振込）での支払いは可能ですか？

いいえ。お支払い方法はPayPal（クレジットカード利用可）のみで、請求書払いには対応しておりません。法人カードの場合など、PayPalが利用を許可していないケースがあるようです。この場合はPayPalにお問い合わせください。

領収書は発行してもらえますか？

いいえ。領収書の発行は行いません。Eventbrite（クレジットカード/Paypal）の領収書は会計上有効な領収書としてお使いいただけますので、そちらを利用してください。

割引はありますか？

スクラムアライアンスのメンバーであれば10%割引が適用されます。ディスカウントコードの取得と適用は以下のとおりです。
1. Scrum Alliance dashboard にログインします。
2. ログインしたら左側メニューの"Benefits"をクリックし、表示された"My Benefit"の中から"Discounts for Gatherings & Event Registration"をクリックしてください。
3. Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo 2022のメンバー専用レジストレーションコードを探して下さい。
4. Eventbriteのチケット枚数選択画面にて "Enter promo code"をクリックし、取得したコードを適用してください。

支払う金額の内訳と合計を教えてください。

正規料金は、33,000円（税込）＋1,977円（Eventbrite決済手数料・非課税）＝34,977円です。メンバー割引を利用した場合は、29,700円（税込）＋1,779円（Eventbrite決済手数料・非課税）＝31,479円です。

これはオンラインイベントですか？ 感染症対策について教えてください。

これはハイブリッドイベントです。現地参加もオンライン参加も可能です（チケット種別によります）。現地参加の予定がない方はOnline-Only Ticketをお買い求めください。国や都のガイドラインを踏まえ、会場と協力のうえで感染対策を実施します。参加者の皆さまにもご協力をお願いいたします。日本国外からお越しの方は、政府の検疫指導に従ってください。最新の情報はFacebookやTwitterでお伝えします。

確実にチケットを手に入れるにはどうしたらいいですか？

スポンサーにお申し込みいただくと、参加費用としては割高かもしれませんが、スポンサー特典のチケットがつきます。スポンサーブースを含め会場内での体験・会話すべてをコンテンツだと考えておりますので、スポンサーブーススタッフにもチケットが必要です（"タダで入れる"はありません）。
